Two vintages of Trebbiano fro Tuscany blended together to make a big, rich and buttery white. Full and round so vinified in
stainless steel tanks with final refinement for two years in the bottle. Has a feel of sesame, brown butter and a slight savoury cheesy-ness. Paired beautifully in the restaurant with our mushroom and cured egg yolk dish and our beetroot and brown butter dish.
